Beef Mountain Donburi🍚($118HKD) 欣賞他們如何將經典的牛肉丼新潮化!除了將生蛋變成水波蛋之外,他們還聰明地把牛肉飯必有的洋蔥炸成了一條條脆片🤩 從而增加這道菜的口感層次。底下的牛肉汁亦非常美味😋
Carbonara Udon🍝($108HKD) 這個烏冬就太漏了... 忌廉汁煮得太heavy😞 吃幾口就覺得好膩。

Beef Mountain Donburi🍚($118HKD) The traditional Gyu-don(牛丼) consists of eggs, beef, onion & rice. Love how they creatively transformed the raw egg into a poached egg; most importantly, they deep-fried the strips of onion to add crisp and crunch to the dish😍 I appreciate the modern twist👍🏼
Carbonara Udon🍝($108HKD) the cream sauce was too heavy for me... a few bites and we were stuffed😞
